Welcome to Mood Mani Studio! These terms outline what you can expect when shopping our Mix & Match Party Nails and related products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who Can Order
- You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect shipping info may be canceled or delayed.
Order & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- You pay the price shown at checkout. We don’t adjust for sales or discounts after your order is placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, incomplete info).
Processing & Shipping
- Each set is handmade to order and ships within 3–5 business days.

- Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by USPS or other carriers.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
- No returns or exchanges for sizing issues, wear-and-tear, or change of mind.
Product Care & Disclaimer
Each set of press-on nails is handcrafted—minor variations in color or design are normal.
Follow the included care instructions for best wear and removal.
We’re not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper removal, or adhesive reactions.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, photos, logos, and written content are copyrighted and owned by Mood Mani Studio.
You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs or branding without written permission.
Pricing & Availability
- Prices may update at any time due to material costs or promotions.
- If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you’ll receive a prompt refund or substitution option.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started.
Custom orders and rush requests cannot be canceled once work begins.
Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive or fraudulent behavior (including chargebacks or harassment).
Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, postal strikes, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
We’ll communicate promptly if these situations affect your order.
