Mood Mani Studio Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Because each Mood Mani Mix & Match Party Nail set is custom-made and created to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order!
If your items arrive damaged or defective, please email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged items and packaging
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit for the affected item(s). Replacements are made as quickly as possible, typically within 5–7 business days.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All Mix & Match Party Nails are custom designs made to your selected sizes and styles. For hygiene and production reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a mistake was made on our end.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 3 days. We’ll work with USPS to investigate. Please note, we’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued if:
- A replacement cannot be made for a verified damaged order
- Or a duplicate charge occurred in error
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Hygiene Disclaimer
Due to the personal nature of press-on nails, we cannot accept returns on used, opened, or applied sets for any reason.
