Mood Mani Studio Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each Mix & Match Party Nail set is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created and packaged before shipment.

During high-volume seasons (November–December), please allow an additional 2 business days for processing.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship within the U.S. only using USPS.

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. All orders include tracking.

Rush Orders

Need it fast? Rush processing (1-2 days before ship) is available for +$15.

Please email us first to confirm availability before selecting this option.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with USPS to resolve it.

Mood Mani Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do our best to help locate or replace them when possible.

Holiday Orders

During November–December, please add 2 extra days to processing.

To ensure Christmas delivery, place orders by December 15th (Standard) or December 18th (Priority).

International Orders

At this time, we ship within the U.S. only.

Customer Responsibility

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for reshipments due to incorrect addresses.
